These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intervyze, governing your participation in our interview training program.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm your seat
• No access will be granted without successful payment
• Pricing may change for future cohorts

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the program has started under any circumstances.

• Non-attendance does not qualify for refunds
• Missed sessions are non-refundable
• In exceptional cases, refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of the Company

4. Program Structure

We may modify sessions, schedules, or speakers as needed. These changes do not qualify for refunds.

5. Code of Conduct

• Maintain respectful behaviour
• No harassment or disruption

Violations may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to Intervyze and may not be shared or reused.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or salary outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.
